Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to the JEE Genius Pro subscription ("Pro Plan") available at https://jeegenius.in.

1. Free Tier

The free tier and guest access are provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies.

2. Pro Subscription — Billing

The Pro Plan is billed at ₹99 per month (exclusive of applicable GST) via Razorpay (UPI, cards, and net-banking). Each billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically every calendar month unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings page (Account → Subscription) or by emailing jeegeniustutor@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
  • Your account reverts to the free tier (20 questions/day) once the paid period expires.

4. Refund Eligibility

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You have used a substantial portion of the Pro quota during the billing period.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • The request is made after 72 hours of the charge (except for duplicate charges or outages).

7. How to Request a Refund

Email jeegeniustutor@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • UPI transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Pro Plan after changes constitutes acceptance.
